Privacy Policy

Who we are

Serpico Textile (Çobanlı Tekstil) is a wholesale textile business based at Hrant Dink Street, Işık Han 42/A, Osmanbey, Istanbul, Turkey 34363. This website (cobanlitekstil.com) is operated by us to present our product catalog to wholesale buyers and to receive quote requests. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@cobanlitekstil.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us when you submit our wholesale quote request form: company name, country, email address, and optionally a phone number and message describing what you are sourcing. We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data, and this site does not process any payments or checkouts — it is a catalog and inquiry site only.

We also store the language you browse in (a cookie set by the site to remember your preferred language) and standard technical data that any web server sees automatically, such as your browser type and approximate request metadata, used only to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use the information submitted through the quote request form solely to respond to your wholesale inquiry — for example, to reply with pricing, lead times, or follow-up questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

Where your information is stored

Quote requests are stored using Google Firebase, our hosting and database provider, which processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your information with any other third party except as needed to operate this infrastructure.

Social media links

This site links to our profiles on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, and X. If you follow one of those links and interact with us there, that platform's own privacy policy applies to that interaction, not this one.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us by emailing info@cobanlitekstil.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date above.
